Is there a way to get rid of Carpal tunnel without surgery?

I need a way to get rid of it because the cost of surgery, therefore, I'll have five years to establish the cost for me is there a way I could get this fix? I hate to wait five years for need help badly

ask the doctor for a cortisone shot in the wrist of each affected. Also, if possible wear a wrist splint for Carpal tunnel sold in Walmart and pharmacies. For many, it will disappear, or at least be the best long.
