Carpal Tunnel

The pain in my wrist, on the left side, where the twists of the wrist?

I have a pain in the left side of my left wrist (part exterior) and feels like tendons or something and is a sharp pain. It also appears when I move my hand down. Every time. Does not affect other wrist. I checked the tunnel tendinitis Carpal and other related things found nothing. Help and How? What should I do. I do not want to see a doctor, I have no health insurance. Too use the keyboard? Maybe wrong?
