What is an example of an injury due to bad office ergonomics?

I’m doing an assignment for school on office ergonomics and have come across a question where I need to talk about the symptoms, cause, treatment and prevention of 3 different ergonomic-related injuries, but I have only found two with enough information so far..

The two I’ve found are ‘Osteoarthritis’ and ‘Carpal Tunnel Syndrome’. Does anyone know of a 3rd I could use? Any help would be greatly appreciated
