Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
cubital Tunnel Syndrome?
I have bilateral (both hands) Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I underwent surgery on my right hand for Carpal tunnel last year. I have a son who was 2 at the time, and found it difficult to cope after the op, I rejected the option of having the left hand fixed. Now the left hand symptoms are worse and the cubital tunnel wrong. the pinky and ring fingers are always numb and looks at the finger. Also I have pain in my forearm to the elbow. now my doctor says I need the release of the carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel surgery in left hand, maybe two at the same time time. I know what to expect with the carpal tunnel, but no cubital tunnel surgery? I have no idea what to expect and I am a little worried. Thanks, Sarah x
My mother said she had trouble with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, when he had problems with his hand and when I did a search in the area where the pain was mentioned that the Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. The doctor said to try to inject steroids, but Mom said no to this question.
