Sandy asks…

What are the Contents Of The Carpal Tunnel?

Dont bother to answer if your just going to refer to google or Wiki.
Ive read them. There seems to be some differences in the answers on the web and in the text.
I know the median nerve, flexor digitorum superficialis, and flexor digitorum profundus tendons are in it but is the flexor carpi radialis in there.?

admin answers:

In medicine so many times you will find differences of opinion .

Flexor carpi radialis tendon runs in the flexor retinaculum which is soft tissue ligament making boundary of Carpal tunnel that’s why there are differences of opinion, some include it in Carpal tunnel while others say it is in the wall of carpal tunnel.

Median nerve and tendons of nine muscles passes through carpal tunnel to be specific:–
-Flexor policis longus in a separate narrow radial bursa,
-Flexor digitorum profunus 4 tendons and flexor digitorum superficialis 4 tendons in a big ulnar bursa..

Carpal tunnel is made by 8 small wrist bones (carpals from three sides forming arch) and soft tissue ligament called flexor retinaculum.

xenoestrogens in our homes?

I wanted to share this information for a multitude of reasons but mainly because it would have done me well to know about this sooner. After having my 5 month old I started having all the symptoms of estrogen dominance, not uncommon considering the mass flux you go through. I found very useful information, and some disturbing about the things we clean with, birth control, and the things we eat (pesticides and hormones in meat), all of this includes soaps laundry det, baby lotion, shampoos….. you get my point. anyhow xenoestrogens are hormone mimickers and bind to estrogen receptor cells, thus creating estrogen dominance. the liver works over time ridding your body of this, and you often end up with a sluggish liver as a result. the ones most effected are children, pregnant woman, and your pets, but all the same it effects us all. This is causing people to have an even harder time battling weight loss, girls are starting their periods much earlier, breast cancer rates are rising, (estrogen dominance makes this risk very high) and a whole plethora of health problems can occur from this. turns out the stuff you clean with is more toxic than the dirt you are trying to get rid of.

I am fortunate to have a very amazing doctor. she supported my reasons for not going on birth control and talked about her concerns on this as well. she told me I could get my hormones checked, but they are not always reliable, and if it is linked to anything in my home, they can not detect this (labs can not pick up xenoestrogens) she told me to eliminate as many toxic things I am exposed to and see what comes of it. so I started about a week ago.
First I opted to make my own cleaners which is soooo simple, the cost savings we added up were around 400 a year….. wish I had known sooner. things for furniture polish…. olive oil and lemon juice in a bottle and shake. awesome. made my own dish detergent with one cup borax, one cup washing soda and mix, 2 tbls a load. thats it and its been cleaning the dishes great. the detergent is easy too and costs you around 3 cents a load. in the past week I started feeling better a few days ago, carpal tunnel went away, muscle aches gone, and am losing the bloat I could not get rid of. surprising for the short duration, but I imagine the results typically take much longer. maybe placebo effect? lol. I also enjoy the fact that my little girl will be healthier as a result. seems reason enough to me to share so Im posting a few sites with information for any parents out there who are interested.

maybe not carol, I have considered it may be other factors. you will note I considered a placebo effect as well. It certainly could not hurt since these things cause inflammation. but what I do not understand is your crassness, if you are not interested, simply move on. pardon me for caring to share useful healthy information.

If you had carpal Tunnel Syndrome, it didn’t “go away” because you’re making your own Windex.

anyhow maybe it is considered spam. either way I am shocked that you find this offensive. excuse me for trying to give information for any concerned out there. it is not made up, and if you ask ANY doctor about it, they will inform you it is a health risk.
not sure why first two links are not working, but I strongly encourage you to google xenoestrogens yourself. I promise it will only help you.

Umm girls are starting their periods at a younger age because they are fatter… And your “question” is regarded as spam…

Thank you. It is so unfortunate that we are around so many unhealthy chemicals that have hidden dangers. I too, have taken a few steps to use more naturally healthy things…but will definitely look further into how to protect myself and my family.
