Wrist pain syndrome than the carpal tunnel syndrome?
It hurts on the fat under my thumb, within normal the bones of the wrist, small bumps, such as muscle spasms, along with my arm. Night all the way up to two inches before the elbow. I use the mouse it works quite often. What can be an effective treatment? I do not think a hug would be useful is not the support of my thumb. I bought a packet only movie once around the wrist and closes with velcro. Thanks for your responses.
Sounds like tendonitis. (Inflammation of the tendon) very common, and I'm in equipment too. I had the same thing, and one about Ace works very well. I know it seems that it is usual and I thought the same, but works fine! Hope this helps!
