Carpal Tunnel Neck Shoulder

Is it possible to have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in the shoulder?
I have 35 years and worked as office manager. I know the first symptoms of Carpal in my right hand. Recently I started having pain in my right shoulder. It is not the city, but closer to my neck in the back near the muscles. Me hurts more the day goes on and it hurts me intensley after I get home from work. Any suggestions on what might be or how to start looking for answers without having to go to the doctors again!
You do not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in his right shoulder. Carpal tunnel is the area of the forearm to the hand on whole space in the wrist. I suspect that the shoulder pain is due to stress, perhaps the way we sleep or posture when you're at your desk, you can change these former habits, perhaps spend a contour pillow that gives you a better neck support. You can also change how they feel at work, sure his shoulders are not raised when using the computer, which may have to raise the chair, the upper keyboard, etc.
