What is the right time to start the exercises for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?
I saw a doctor Sea for that. Said that using brakes, limited activity, take ibuprofen, and to return in three weeks. He referred to physical therapy, but gave no further details. I am concerned because I have go back to work tomorrow and wrists hurt, and married. I thought it might help to make the change, stretching and strengthening exercises that I found on the net, but I do not want to cause more damage. While the dolls do not push too far and do very bad again, I'll do more damage?
… Good rule to follow when it comes to types of mechanical pain (musculoskeletal), is that if you produce pain during exercise, which is fine as long as the pain goes away in the second minute of exercise. Since you've taken ibuprofen for a few days, should be fine to start smoothly, in fact, need refurbishment tissues. If the pain increases when moving, and more so for more than a minute or two after stopping the exercise, is too soon and that must stop.
