How do you locate the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?
I thought I had CTS, so I went to a doctor and he agreed after listening to my symptoms (numbness in my first three fingers.) Then he gave me a wristband and NSAIDs. But now, the numbness extended to the whole arm and even get to my back. Is it possible that it could be Carpal tunnel or something is very likely that much different?
Did your doctor even make any test? There are simple orthopedic tests can be done during a visit to see if you have CTS or something else. If you have symptoms that radiate to the shoulder and perhaps higher back then, call your doctor again. You can run the diagnostics, this time to confirm a different diagnosis (perhaps CTS may be associated brachial plexus injury). Good luck!
